We are thrilled to announce that The Huracan Foundation has received an incredible 66 applications from 17 different countries for our Project Leaders for the 2024/25 period! 🌍

This year, our search for passionate and innovative leaders has reached new heights, with first-time applicants from Afghanistan 🇦🇫 and Portugal 🇵🇹. This truly reflects the expanding global impact of The Huracan Foundation and our mission to empower communities through football.

The overwhelming response underscores the growing recognition of the power of football as a tool for social change. Now, our focus shifts to the challenging task of selecting the five exceptional candidates who will bring their vision, creativity, and leadership to life in their communities. These chosen leaders will drive impactful projects that address local challenges, promote education, and foster community development.
