Theory of Change
How we achieve our mission
Training planning and practice
Each category trains two days per week every week.
Teacher trainings for football coaching education
The teachers carry out asynchronously the training sessions provided by the huracan foundation for each leader project. A monthly meeting is held for reflection, feedback analysis and proposals for improvement based on good practices.
Generation of community meeting spaces based on football
At least twice a year, it is proposed that each community should hold a meeting to strengthen ties and think about new possibilities for local development.
Monthly competition between football schools
A date will be held once a month between all the rural football schools that we run.
Training of teachers as leaders promoting local development
The teachers run the Rexona Pushing Boundaries programme. The teachers organise each of the monthly dates by acting as sports event coordinators.

Child case
Name: Adrián Canterio
Age: 12 years old
Background: Participate in training sessions every Friday and Saturday. He can't be missed. Despite living in a very difficult social context, with little parental and maternal attention, and in situations of violence, he always wants to be present.
Project Impact: Adrian is learning to manage his emotions and his relationship with others from the trainings. He is well liked in the community. But there have been trainings where parents have withdrawn their children because of the violence he used to exert in the game. Even for the teacher in charge it is a challenge to transform this energy into something positive and constructive for him and his classmates. Personal development can be perceived in him through dialogue and the confidence that is transmitted to him not to be dominated by his emotions and to use his energy to build a team..
